Rear extension, Balcombe.

For this project, our clients really wanted a generous open plan kitchen/living/dining space for their busy family, whilst also adding a downstairs toilet and utility. To acheive this, we really maximised the usable footprint, projecting out to the rear and side of the existing building. The extension has created some far more practical spaces, improving the flow of the layout hugely. Planning permission was acheived within the local convervation area, tying into the existing design whilst offering a more contemporary way of living.
